Full Closing
Our most popular package.
Book Now- Lower water to appropriate level
- Winterize equipment and blow out water lines
- Removal of return eyeballs, baskets and ladders
Install winter-cover, stair board and water-bags (if required)
Add chemical kit (if purchased)
Vacuum of pool not included. Pool should be cleaned prior to day of closing
Partial Closing
Same as Full Closing, except the customer is responsible for lowering the water level prior to our arrival. Water level must be lowered 1" below lowest returns or Full Closing fee will be charged.

Equipment Winterizing
Equipment winterization service only. Customers must lower the water level to 1" below the lowest return before our arrival and install their own winter cover after service. If the water level is not lowered as required, Partial Closing fee will be charged.

We offer an assortment of add-ons to our pool closing services, including:
- Closing of a Waterfall, or Obstruction, or Rock Wall or Stone Feature: $45
- Closing of Attached Hot Tub: $105
- Additional Winter Cover or Leaf Net Install: $89
- Cartridge Filter Cleaning Service: $269
A two visit process by removing the filters and cleaning with 1L of filter cleaner, return visit to reinstall once soaking and cleaning is completed. New cartridge filter elements available if current filters require replacing.

- Heater Inspection and Start-Up: $145
- A visual inspection and lighting, includes basic report
- Cartridge Filter Cleaning Service: $269
